- Find More Deals. Without the administrative burden that is now on your Transaction Coordinator’s (TC’s) plate, you’re free to get back to business and find more deals.
- Close More Deals. The only thing better to do with your time than finding more deals is closing more deals. That means more money in your pocket! (And more work for your transaction coordinator — It’s a win-win!)
- Check Some Things Off Your Bucket List. Whether its going on safari in Africa, climbing Mount Everest or visiting every ballpark stadium in the United States, you’ll be able to enjoy life more, now that you know your TC has your back when it comes to keeping your transactions on track and your deadlines met.
- Spend More Time Networking. Remember, your network is your net worth!
- Learn A New Language. Broaden your horizons! If you become bilingual, you just might be able to do more business in more countries.
- Start A New Hobby. Ever wanted to take up fishing, but didn’t have the time? Well, now you do!
- Volunteer in Your Community. Be a Go-Giver! Giving back is never a waste of time. Plus, you might make some great connections you wouldn’t have found otherwise.
- Spend More Time with Your Friends. Life is about balance, even when you love what you do.
- Write the Great American Novel. Everyone has at least one book they could write if they had the time. It might even be real estate related!
- Spend More Time with Your Family. Finally take that family vacation you’ve been putting off.
Of course, you are going to have to eventually return to the office, so your transaction coordinator can get you to sign off on the documents necessary to close your real estate deals, but until then, have fun!
Hahaha! I got a good chuckle from this.
