How Our Creative TC Process Works
Submit A File
Once you have a signed contract, you send it to us for review and once we agree to take on the file, we send you a service agreement and invoice for our 50% nonrefundable deposit.
We Start Your Transaction
Once the Service Agreement has been signed and the deposit paid, we open escrow for you and the transaction begins in earnest.
We Keep You Updated
As with any transaction, things are bound to crop up. There’s no need to worry though as we have the situation well in hand. We will communicate with you, and all other relevant parties, to keep you all updated on where we stand.
